Pregnant folks spend a lot of time writing their birth plan and planning for postpartum should be no different! This planning session will give you and your partner the opportunity to look ahead and talk about the areas of life that might need to be adjusted once baby arrives. As a seasoned doula who has seen many different types of families, I have created a template that covers topics that new parents often overlook and offer suggestions on how to cope with the demands of a newborn.
